Stacey has been a Holistic Nutritionist since 2006. She also founded a Wellness Clinic in Toronto in 2009, and sold it in 2019. She now works with her clients exclusively online.
Stacey has helped over 4000 women in both one-on-one and group settings to lose the weight in a sustainable way, without feeling deprived.
Stacey’s story and personal struggle
Not only that, Stacey struggled with her own weight for years, losing and gaining the same 50lbs over and over. By pairing her studies in Holistic Nutrition with her Degree in Psychology and the study of Human Behavior, she was able to finally shed the weight and keep it off almost effortlessly.

She does this through a combination of Nutrition and Mindset. One of the ways this works is by eliminating the feelings of deprivation that usually go along with “diets”.
